These Terms of Service govern your use of websites and services provided by SiteSuave ("we", "us"), operated from Surrey, British Columbia, Canada. By using our services you agree to these terms.

Services

SiteSuave designs, builds, hosts, and maintains websites for small businesses. Monthly plans are billed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and may be cancelled at any time; access to hosted services ends at the close of the current billing period.

Payment

Fees are billed monthly in advance. All prices are in CAD unless otherwise noted. You are responsible for keeping payment information up to date.

Content

You retain ownership of content you provide. You confirm you have the right to use any logos, images, or text you supply for use on your website.
